When a scope fits what you do, you get the brief and the budget. Quote it, or pass — nothing is committed until you say yes in writing.

Does it cost anything to be listed?
No. There is no fee to join the roster and no fee to stay on it. You are paid per project, for the scope you take on.
Is it exclusive?
No. The registration is not exclusive and guarantees no volume of work. You remain free to work with any other agency or client you choose.
Who owns the client relationship?
Sunset Media does. We hold the account, set the creative direction, and handle the scope, communication and invoicing. You work with us rather than with the client, and the form asks you not to approach clients we introduce directly for those services, during a project and for twelve months after it ends.
How and when am I paid?
Per project, on the terms set out in the project order you accept before the work starts. Pricing is agreed from your own quote, not imposed.
What do you do with my portfolio?
We use it to match you to the right scope, and, as the form sets out, we may show relevant examples and references when we are putting a team together for a project. Only ever what you give us. Tell us on the form if an item is under NDA or must be credited a particular way, and we will respect that.
Can I leave the roster?
Any time, by email. We remove your listing from this page within 30 days. Material already printed or sent out may take longer to withdraw.
