Brand activations in Qatar, UAE & Saudi Arabia

An ad asks for attention. An activation earns it. We design and run brand experiences, from sampling bars and mall pop-ups to festival zones and roadshows, that put your product in people’s hands, give them something worth sharing, and turn the moment into leads you can follow up.

Live brand experiences that people try, share and remember.

  • 01

    Sampling & product trials

Sampling bars, tasting counters and try-it-yourself stations that let people meet the product, with trained staff who can answer questions and make the sale.

  • 02

    Pop-ups & mall activations

Pop-up shops, kiosks and atrium takeovers, designed for footfall and built to go up and come down within the venue’s windows.

  • 03

    Festival & event zones

Branded zones, lounges and fan areas at festivals, concerts, sports and community events, planned with the organiser from the first sketch.

  • 04

    Roadshows & mobile tours

Branded vans, trucks and touring set-ups that take the experience to campuses, offices, malls and neighbourhoods across the region.

  • 05

    Interactive experiences

Games, challenges, photo moments, live customisation and screen-led experiences that give people something to do, not just something to look at.

  • 06

    Catering & hospitality

Food, drinks and hospitality for the activation through our trusted catering partners, planned and run by us as part of the same brief.

  • 07

    Brand ambassadors & staffing

Briefed, on-brand promoters and hosts who know the product, keep the energy up and know how to turn interest into a conversation.

  • 08

    Lead capture & follow-up

QR codes, sign-up kiosks and digital forms that capture every interested visitor, connected to your CRM so the follow-up starts the same day.

  • 09

    Content & social amplification

Photography, video, creator invitations and live social coverage, so the activation reaches far more people than the ones who were there.

Activations people talked about.

The best activations give people something to do, not just something to look at: race it, play it, try it, take it home. A few favourites from around the world, and the standard we hold our own work to.

Give people something to do with your brand

The Gulf’s calendar is full of moments made for this: mall promotions, Ramadan nights, national days, festivals and season-long events. The brands people remember are the ones they tasted, played with or took a photo with, not the ones they scrolled past.

We plan every activation around one clear idea and a clear next step. The experience draws people in, the team turns curiosity into conversations, and lead capture, content and follow-up make sure the day keeps paying back long after the set comes down.

How we work

  1. 01

    Brief & idea

Who we need to reach, what they should do, and the one idea the activation is built around.

  2. 02

    Plan & approvals

Location, layout, permits, suppliers, staffing and catering, planned to the hour and agreed with you in advance.

  3. 03

    Build & brief the team

Fabrication, branding, tech and stock, and a trained team who know the product and the goal.

  4. 04

    Live

On-site management throughout, with the experience, queues and content all running to plan.

  5. 05

    Follow-up & report

Leads handed over the same day, then a report on visitors, samples, sign-ups and content reach.

Frequently asked questions.

What is a brand activation?

A brand activation is a live experience that lets people interact with a brand directly, such as a sampling bar, a pop-up shop, a festival zone, a roadshow or an interactive installation. The aim is to create a memorable first-hand experience that leads to trial, sharing and sales.

How is an activation different from an exhibition stand?

An exhibition stand works inside a trade show, for an audience that has come to the show. An activation goes where your customers already are, such as malls, festivals, campuses and public spaces, and is built around taking part. We do both; see our exhibition stands page for shows.

Can you provide catering for the activation?

Yes. We work with trusted catering partners to provide food, drinks and hospitality, and we plan and manage it as part of the same activation, so you have one team and one point of contact.

How do you measure whether it worked?

We agree the measures with you before the day: visitors, samples given, sign-ups and leads captured, content created and its reach, and sales where they can be tracked. You receive a report afterwards, and the leads go straight into your follow-up.

How far in advance should we plan?

Ideally six to eight weeks for a full activation, which leaves time for the idea, approvals, build and staffing. Smaller sampling activations can move faster; tell us your date and we will give you a realistic plan.

Do you run activations outside Qatar?

Yes. We plan activations across Qatar, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and handle the local suppliers, staffing and approvals each location needs.
