Who we are

Sunset Media is a creative and technology studio based at Museum Park St, Doha, Qatar. This policy explains what personal information we collect through sunsetmediame.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to info@sunsetmediame.com.

What we collect

When you send us a project brief, we receive the details you enter:

• your name, work email and WhatsApp number
• your company name, industry and website
• the services and budget ranges you select, and your project overview
• any file you choose to attach

We also receive limited technical information, such as your IP address, which is used briefly to protect the form from spam and abuse, and analytics information described under Cookies and analytics.

How we use it

• to reply to your enquiry and discuss your project, by email, phone or WhatsApp
• to prepare proposals and, if we work together, to deliver and manage the project
• to keep the website secure and understand how it is used, so we can improve it

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this website and our communications:

• our website hosting provider, which processes requests to the site
• our email provider, which delivers your brief to our inbox
• Google, through Google Tag Manager and the analytics tools it loads

These providers may process data outside Qatar. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any resulting relationship, and then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Tag Manager to load analytics tools that may set cookies and collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view and how you arrived. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time. Email info@sunsetmediame.com and we will respond as the law requires.
