Exhibition stand design & build in Qatar, UAE & Saudi Arabia

At an exhibition you have a few seconds to stop someone walking past. We design and build stands, booths and event spaces that carry your brand into the room, make the offer obvious from the aisle, and give your team a space that works for the conversations that follow.

Exhibition stands and event spaces that draw people in and start conversations.

  • 01

    Custom exhibition stands

Bespoke stands designed around your brand, your products and the way your team sells, from compact shell-scheme upgrades to multi-level space-only builds.

  • 02

    Booth & kiosk design

Compact booths, kiosks and counters for trade shows, malls and lobbies, planned so every square metre earns its place.

  • 03

    Modular & reusable systems

Stands designed to reconfigure for different plot sizes and to travel between shows, so one investment serves a whole season of events.

  • 04

    Event branding & signage

Stage backdrops, hanging banners, wayfinding, wall graphics and printed collateral that keep the identity consistent across the venue.

  • 05

    Brand activations & pop-ups

Launches, roadshows and pop-up spaces designed to be experienced and shared, not only seen.

  • 06

    Screens, lighting & interactive

LED walls, lighting, touchscreens and the content that plays on them, planned into the design rather than added at the end.

  • 07

    Event content & coverage

Pre-show campaigns, on-site photography and video, and the social content that keeps the event working after the doors close.

Built for the biggest stages.

Web Summit Qatar, MWC and CES are where the region’s brands go head to head with the world’s. That is the standard we design to, whether the space is a nine-square-metre booth or a full space-only build.

Stands that stop the aisle.

The best stands at these shows share a few habits: one big idea you can read from across the hall, light that pulls you in, and a clear way through. These are the kind of standards we hold our own designs to.

A stand is a brand you can walk into

Exhibitions across Qatar, the UAE and Saudi Arabia are crowded, and every stand is competing with the one opposite. A strong stand does three things: people recognise the brand from a distance, understand the offer within seconds, and find an easy way in to talk.

Because we also build brands, produce video and run social media, the stand is designed as part of the campaign rather than in isolation: the identity on the walls, the film on the screen and the content before and after the show all come from one team and tell one story.

How we work

  1. 01

    Brief

The show, the plot, the audience and what the stand must achieve, agreed before any drawing.

  2. 02

    Concept & 3D design

Concepts and photoreal 3D renders, so you see the stand from the aisle before anything is built.

  3. 03

    Technical drawings & approvals

Construction drawings, materials and finishes, and the submissions the organiser and venue require.

  4. 04

    Build & install

Fabrication, print and AV, then installation on site within the build-up window.

  5. 05

    Show support & dismantle

On-call support through the show, then dismantling, and storage for reusable elements.

Frequently asked questions.

What does exhibition stand design and build include?

Concept and 3D design, technical drawings, the approvals the organiser and venue require, fabrication, graphics and print, lighting and AV, installation, support during the show, and dismantling afterwards. You can also bring us in for the design only.

How early should we start planning a stand?

Ideally three months before the show for a custom build, which leaves time for design, organiser approvals and fabrication. Smaller booths and modular stands can be turned around faster; tell us your show dates and we will give you a realistic timeline.

How much does an exhibition stand cost?

It depends on the plot size, the type of build, materials, AV and how many shows the stand needs to serve. Once we have your floor plan and brief, we give you a clear quote for the scope you choose.

Can a stand be reused at other events?

Yes. We can design modular stands that reconfigure for different plot sizes and travel between shows, which lowers the cost of each event over a season.

Do you handle events outside Qatar?

Yes. We design for exhibitions and events across Qatar, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and plan logistics and venue requirements for each show.

Can you also produce the content for the event?

Yes. We create the screen content, printed materials, pre-show campaigns and on-site photography and video, so the stand and everything around it share one identity.
